Cancelation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are established:
24 hour advance notice is kindly requested if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to fill your spot. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged in full for your missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
Anyone who forgets their appointment or doesn't show up for any reason without 24 hour notification will be charged the full amount for the time they booked.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will be shorter in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the full session. Out of respect and consideration for me and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
