A healing session with me will incorporate different techniques depending on your needs.  I offer full body or specific area focused deep tissue and structural integration work to help you come out of chronic pain and tension patterns. This stye of work is extremely effective at pain release and can help you recover from injuries and stuck physical issues.  I also offer myo-fascial work, reiki, cranio-sacral and sound therapy to help you release and come into greater coherence and flow on lighter and more subtle energetic levels. 

I am highly intuitive and most of my work is based in mindful deep listening to both what you share verbally as well as what your body presents.  I strive to help you unwind both physically and emotionally in the safe and nourishing space I create.  My training in trauma sensitive somatic expressive therapy provides the foundation for all of my work. Clients often report having a deep and meaningful experience where they are seen, held and supported; feeling that all parts of them are welcome here.

Custom aromatherapy is included in all sessions. I make my own body butter from cocoa butter, coconut and olive oil that smells delicious and is suoer nourishing for your skin.  So pure you could eat it!

Rates are as follows:

One hour session offered on a sliding scale from  $100- $135

One & 1/2 hour session offered on a sliding scale from $150-$185

Travel fee is $30 for anywhere within the Verde Valley or Sedona
